| It Starts with a
Thorough Dental Exam |
The
foundation of any dazzling smile is good oral health,
which is what Dr. Morris can help you achieve and
maintain.
Initial Visit:
Your first appointment will
consist of a complete dental examination that includes
before-and-after pictures, x-rays and an assessment of
your oral health. Dr. Morris will check for
cavities, loose crowns or fillings, oral cancer, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), gum disease and more.
Soon after your first visit, you will come back for a
gentle cleaning and polishing or other periodontal
services, if needed. (Children will receive their
cleanings on the first visit.) Dr. Morris' experienced
and licensed hygienists offer an ultra-gentle touch to
put even the most anxious patients at ease.
Fluoride treatments and dental sealants are also
available to help prevent tooth decay. Finally,
you will take home a written treatment plan and
estimate, if needed.
Regular
Visits: We
believe in the benefits of regular preventative care,
and encourage all of our patients to return for periodic
care visits.
Emergency Care:
We recognize that emergency
situations do arise and we will do our best to respond
to you as quickly as possible. If an emergency
arises during normal office hours, please call the
office, and you will be seen as quickly as possible.
Appointment Times:
Dental care is scheduled for our
patients by appointment. We value the commitment
you have made to your dental health by pre-selecting an
appointment time. We respect your time and make
every effort to remain on schedule and ask that you
extend the same courtesy. If you are unable to
keep an appointment, please notify the office
immediately. We appreciate at least 48 hours
notice so that this time may be dedicated to other
patients.
